Pro Jr. IV or Custom 68 Princeton?
I‘m thinking about selling my Pro Jr. IV and getting a Custom 68 Princeton Reverb again...But i‘m still not sure...
This amp would be just for home use and little sessions...
Had both and can‘t decide....
Pros and cons beside reverb and tremolo?

The PRRI sounds amazing. It's just got m@j@.

I think the Pro Jr. is a very underrated amp, but of the two Princeton all the way.

I got my 65 DRRI years before but If I were getting a Deluxe Reverb now I'd get the '68... Very versatile dual Channels on that Amp.. Great Clean & with Dirt...
The Princeton I had to go with the 65 PRRI.. Great sounding all around small Amp.. The 68 was great at dirt but I didn't think it did Cleans as good as I would have liked...

I rather like the custom version of the Deluxe, but I prefer the plain BF reissue of the Princeton. I don't love the speaker in the SF custom version.

Personally i really like it. The darker speaker works so well with brighter guitars like a Tele or Jazzmaster...love that combination.

Pro Jr is slightly quicker response and modern sounding as in more neutral. Princeton is a bit saggy in a good way and eq-ed as an old sf fender. It all depends what style of music you're after.
