The tweedy one is especially interesting and I love the inclusion of the preamp boosts too. I can see having the preset switch for a lead tone too. Price is a bit out of my reach for what I'd use it for, but the design looks pretty powerful if all you need is Tweed.

Yeah, definitely more than I want to spend, but running something like this direct into the console of for late night headphone jams, it would be SO good.

I hope they somehow make the Dream 65 weigh 70lbs more when you flip on the EV12 option.
I'm a bit baffled why they didn't include headphones out (esp. at this price point).

Yeah, the lack of a headphone out jack is a dealbreaker for me. It sounds better than the Iridium that I'm currently using, but loses all advantage when I have to connect it to an amp or DAW or mixer to hear. Boooo.

One thing I wish they'd do in all these launch videos is run pedals into the front - like, how's that Tweed sound with a fuzz in front of it?

Re: Universal Audio UAFX Amp-In-A-Box Pedals
I too would love to see demos with more varied use.
On the headphone thing, I think I saw a question about that answered by UA on one of the video comments, and I feel like they said that the output jack could be used for headphones as well. I'll look for it.
EDIT: In the comments section for the UA video for the Dream '65, UA themselves confirmed that you can turn the cab sim off if you want to, and that you can also use the output jack as a headphone jack WITH cab sim (maybe also without, but they didn't say one way or the other there).

Re: Universal Audio UAFX Amp-In-A-Box Pedals
The Vox one sounds best to me.
I like the idea of assignable footswitches. An app seems like a clumsy way to do that though.
Overall these seem like an awkward middle ground between “good enough” analog amp in a box (Tech 21/Joyo) and more powerful/expensive (Helix, Kemper, etc…).
I suspect they will be the next big worship pedalboard thing.

Re: Universal Audio UAFX Amp-In-A-Box Pedals
I bought the OX speaker simulator pedal from this series and returned it… I was running DI out from a quality attenuator from a Marshall 18 watt and also a mid seventies Deluxe Reverb. Couldn’t get a good emulation from the many models it offered. Plus it picked up interference from other things in the room. I also found the app to control it was flakey as fuck.
