Back at it again. As a touring member of Swirlies since about 2013, I’d say this tour will maybe top the Kurt Vile tour for me. Pretty sure they had a big PDF with the tunings they used for each song on their website years ago when I looked. You can probably track that down

Sorry for the terribly late response. I do not play in the violators, that’s rob laakso. I played bass in 2013 filling in for Andy bernick, an o.g member, opening for KV. In 2015 I filled in for rob on guitar on a stand alone Swirlies tour featuring Seana. Up till that point rob was on guitar duties roughly since ‘cats of the wild’ era.. From there I was on guitar duty 2017 & 2018. Rob is still affiliated w/ swirlies but Kurt vile currently keeps him busy. Not sure what the future plans are for Swirlies. Would like to tour EU.

I think another osg member addressed the tuning question. Damon actually uses this very same pdf sheet live. No secret tunings really. I personally dig the E G# C# F# G#D# (salons)

Bass is tuned D#G#C#F# for all the songs.

Over half of blonder tongue is basically ‘standard’ tuning but a step down.
