Just posted a new tune to my soundcloud

I threw this together in a few hours the other day in an outpouring of creative energy and emotion in the midst of a trying time. I guess the narcissist in me would be curious to know what people think. It has logic drums on there currently but I’d like to lay down some real drums eventually

I like it, lovely lap Steel in the end 👍🏼

I like it too. It's got a nice 60's-folk-meets-modern-indie feel. The lap steel work is gorgeous.

Real drums would lift the recording a lot I think. Actually, the current drummer-in-a-box function on Garageband is a couple of notches better than what I'm hearing there, so you might want to try that in the meantime?
Distance-crunching honcho with echo unit.

thanks guys. yeah, the drums are just a placeholder. I've got a kit at my space, just haven't had the time or energy to properly lay down a recording.

And thanks for the lap steel comments. It's actually a pedal steel, but who's counting ;)
