I'm LOVING the rawness and energy of this album.

I saw them live in Baltimore last week.  They were quite good.

That said, I thought that their tourmates, Tyvek (aka TVK), were better - great lo-fi garage rock with three guitars, bass, and a stand-up drummer!

Ya, I snagged that album after seeing them featured on Gorilla vs Bear.  Reminds me of the Headcoatees mixed with the Aislers Set and some early B-52s - all of which I'm big fans of so this album was only natural.  The video for their single is freaking brilliant.  I missed them when they were in town here 6 months ago(didn't know who they were) but I'm real curious to know if they pull it off live.  Seems like one of those things that could easily turn into a messy noise fest in a bad way and that would do the songs a disservice.
