I was not involved in this one personally, but my bandmate in Sun Tunnels recorded this entirely on his cassette 4 track with lots of clever bouncing.
I feel like not having played on it allows me to be more of a fan of it, which I definitely am.

Here's my band, Shirley & The Pyramids. We play a lot of psych, shoegaze, grunge, krautrock, garage rock, etc. We just released our third album a couple months ago, it's available on white vinyl and streaming everywhere!

We call it "Sinister Pop". Just realized there's a bit of a Pixies influence, though purely accidental, as Mrs. HATES them. I don't know why.
Other influences: everything on 120 minutes, metal
The usual horrible subject matter in sing-a-long form.
Here's our latest: GOALLESS AT HALFTIME
Songs are about:
Brain Eating Scandinavian Black Metallers
Accidental Nintendo Soundtracks
Dancefloor Revenge
Conspiracy Theory regarding Brian Jones' demise
The godlike genius of Brian Eno
A local horror who I had the misfortune of camping with in the early 80s
Soccer as a metaphor for life ITSELF
we recorded it all at home and mixed it ourselves, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. have a listen, won't you?

I played bass and sang backing vocals. Apparently I played some tambourine too.
