Hello OSG!
I'm a recovering violinst turned uke player turned guitar player. I've been noodling around with a Strat for a few years, and recently picked up an SG. I've built a few tube amps, and generally have fun learning about the technical side of guitars and amps... perhaps even more than actually playing....!
I recently tried a Jazzmaster and fell in love with the ergonomics of the design. Rather than simply buying another guitar, I decided that I want to build one from components. I have a pair if original '62 pickups, and a body on order from MJT.
I'm looking forward to learning about the build process from those who have done it. Thanks!
