Red flake or Green flake?
Not these guitars, but just the same paint colors. Which is better?

I think the real question to ask is: which colour will sound more like a Jaguar?
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?

Re: Red flake or Green flake?
This is a tough one. like, what's your favorite big toe? I'm kinda using them both, I love them equally!
The red is really great looking, which is why you'd see more of that color, maybe? If I didn't already have red glitter and pearloid guitars, I'd go red, but personally I think I'd need the green.

Re: Red flake or Green flake?
While I typically prefer green finishes over red ones, I think that particular shade of green sparkle isn't as nice as that red one. I like my greens a little deeper and darker than that, personally.
It would probably depend on the shape and the pickguard/pickup colour, though. The red looks better with that black guard IMO.

Re: Red flake or Green flake?
Well it looks like green is overwhelmingly more popular, so... I guess that means I should go with red to buck the trend.

I would get the green one and refinish it in red.

Sigh... I tried contacting three different dealers, but apparently none of them could be bothered to take a custom order.
