USB mic compatible w/iPhone 11 for recording

After seeing Marquee Moon’s post about recording onto their phone, I wondered if anyone would have any recommendations for a half decent/good USB microphone that’ll work plugging directly into my iPhone 11 recording to voice memo? I quite often record just using the inbuilt mic but would like to see if there’s anything that might bring better, from a conventional point of view, results. Thanks in advance for any suggestions
