Why can't Gretsch put out a Pro Jet in red for us low-budget guys? Sigh.

Yeah, moving to Japan is a totally feasible low-budget solution. ::)

man i bet that thing sounds like a dream
I'm glad there are a lot of guitar players pursuing technique as diligently as they possibly can, it leaves this whole other area open to people like me.

I might get along fine in Japan. From what I've seen, like me, they're crazy about baseball! Plus I could go to SBGM and Cruyff In The Bedroom shows.

I'm familiar with the Japanese phenomenon known locally as "basebaru," but that other stuff sounds sexually deviant.

I say go for it.

Sadly, not so much. SGBM is a thrash-punk band and Cruyff in the Bedroom play shoegaze.

Cruff in the bedroom is a great name though, never heard of them before. I wonder what it refers to...his phenomenal playing style or his even more phenomenal fudging up everything that has to do with communication.

From what I heard, they were all big fans of his when they were kids.

I know one of the guitarists drapes a Man United flag over his amp live, which is just more reason for me to like them.  :D
