It’s a bummer the Korg is so much/unavailable. I don’t know if I’ll be able to get my hands on one.
Apparently I still may not get one...everyone who ordered still isn't guaranteed one as the final allocation hasn't been set yet...according to the Korg rep I spoke to.
But look at this:
https://www.korg.com/uk/products/synthesizers/ms_20fs/ full size MS20's coming!
Another limited run. I wonder what the price point will be, considering you can find vintage ones for ~$1200.
I’m up for one...what’s the worst colour? Probably be the most valuable in years to come.
I’ve been told May 12-14th delivery date on the k-ARP 2600...it’s a fairly long time for me to have that much coin invested.. but I’m excited. To have a brand new one is a dream..I’ve had vintage ones and they are a PITA..usually the sliders are shot and noone makes decent repros to replace them. But they sound so good..plus you get MIDI and it even comes in a full flight case. Pretty crazy!

The cool thing about fretless is you can hit a note...and then renegotiate.

Can see a price of £1099 in the UK for the MS-20 FS now...so it's available to order. Bit too expensive in my opinion.
Good new is I'm definitely in line to receive a K-Arp 2600. The shop has 30 allocated for delivery in May and I'm on the list. Also found out they aren't taking the money off my card until it is shipped..which is great. If I get it it will be a dream come true for me.

Moog announced the
Subsequent 25. I always liked the sound of the Sub 37, but the simplicity of the 25 is awesome. I love the sound.

Not really scratching that 2600 itch, though, right? I’m curious to see what Korg’s 2600 mini will look like. I’m not a fan of mini keys, so that worries me. Maybe they’ll forgo the keyboard altogether and just make a desktop synth?

NAMM is fun this year so far. Anyone else excited by the possibilities of what the
Arturia Keystep Pro can do? That 4 track thing at the top is SO cool

A desktop 2600 would be cool, for sure! I haven't checked out the System 100 yet because I don't need that kind of temptation in my life...

Yes a desktop 2600 would be fun definitely. I've always thought the Roland system 100 sounds a lot better than the 100M. A full Roland system 100 with the speakers and everything...1.sounds incredible. 2. looks incredible.

Then there was the realization that I have barely any of those other bits of gear, nor do I have the talent, time, or patience to figure out how to do stuff like that.

I still don't fully understand all the stuff my regular Keystep can do.
