Thank you, it’s a Seymour Duncan SSL-1. How boring. But good to know!

Pickups are boring really...just magnets wrapped in wire really for the most part. Does it sound good?
Silly Rabbit, don't you know scooped mids are for kids?

Okay is how I’d describe it. Gonna make a call about whether I want a mustang sound, or something a bit meatier.

It’s mij or squier classic vibe thick. But looks nicely aged, especially the neck.

Very cool guitar, love the grain on the body!
A '74 Sunburst Mustang was my first old guitar at the tender age on 17, so I have a soft spot for them.

Cheers, will take a look. I was considering twangbanger as I do love the sound of my Tele/hate playing it live. But cool rails could be a nice accompaniment to my love of PAFsJSett wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 3:22 amCool Rails is a personal favourite... not too hot but definitely meatier than the stock 'Stang soundsal paradise wrote: ↑Thu Mar 30, 2023 2:50 amOkay is how I’d describe it. That's a cool guitar. So that's the way lefty US Mustangs placed the headstock decals then... wild.sal paradise wrote: ↑Wed Mar 29, 2023 5:25 amOh, and it accidentally fits right in with the black guard policy
