They look a bit like the ones used on Jolana Tornados but but not identical...I doubt they are the same. Most companies made their own back then, it's just some wire wrapped round a magnet innit
On the Jolana ones the edges are slightly squarer, and the central section is recessed, with a filler (as you said, black or sometimes chrome), but on the Galanti ones it's moulded as one piece, with the central section raised.

Those pickups are definitely not Jolanas, they have similar shape, but the jolana housing is a bit larger and always has non-chrome plastic in the center - every iteration of that Tornado pickup (they were used in Tornado, Alexandra, Graziela, Star X and several others) is the same on the exterior, only little details change.
