The opposite end of a wire attached to the bridge (or trem) just has to be connected to any grounded point. It could be directly connected to the output jack ground tab ... the ground tab / rim of the ouput jack is the 'master' ground ... that is connected directly or indirectly to all other points that are required to be grounded. So the opposite end could be connected to any of these points (eg brass shielding, back of pot, etc) ... as long as they in turn are connected to the jack's ground tab.
But if you want to create a ground connection for the bridge wire then, sure, connect it directly to the output jack ground tab. That will do the job.

Hey! Sorry for late answer, I did everything very simply. I did not find any broken wire. So i took new one, must put it under the bridge hole (pressure of bridge fix it automatically), then connected it to the shielding brass plate (just put it between shield and the wood inside the main cavity). Easy solution, without any modification in the guitar). Once again many thanks, your advices helpd a lot!! CHEEERS!
