Sources to understand differences in vintage Jazzmaster years

I'm probably going to sell my R9 and buy a vintage Jazzmaster. Are there any sources to help me understand what I might be getting based upon the year? Currently, I am rocking a Wildwood Thin Skin AV'65 and Bilt Zaftig.

Does anyone have a saved copy of Jim Shine’s Jazzmaster page? It seems to be gone from the internet. That was hands-down, the best resource for such things.
