Ooooo amazing! Did the bridge get drilled out for mustang cups or the better tom studs? I always hated the screw into the body tom posts with thumbwheels that came on the Cobain mustang.

I had the painter/builder do all the assembly after paint so I all the stock pieces went back in. Completed pics coming over the weekend.

I have to give you credit for the pun - Competition Burgundy Mist is a pretty awesome name for that paint job.

Weird that yr sig is actually competition burgundy haha
I tried to edit the Mustang wiki to be factual about some colors/spec changes and somebody kept deleting my fixes and rewriting that ‘competition burgundy’ was just the competition red variant.
None of this matters. Cool guitar dude!

Was it sprayed on top of the Fiesta Red or completely stripped and refinished?
You said this will "lead to vintage" then I guess it has been completely redone in nitro but... question is... are you going to relic or will you let it age naturally?
Seriously, great colour/competition stripes combo.
