This very sad body is on my local CL. Seller claims it's from the 1960s.. can anyone tell if this claim might be true from these pictures?

It's very hard to tell anything with the state it's in. That's brutal. The route looks like it would go beyond a pickguard.

:fp: that belongs in the "why did you do this thing to me" thread. Sadly it probably is a vintage body (I say that only because it would be less disgusting to see a squire body mutilated like that). If the price is cheap, and I mean really cheap, and you want a project, it might be worth picking up.

I don't think it matters at this point whether it's vintage or not. Probably is.

Yes, could be everything... Even a 65 body...
For a good price it can be a nice project.
Maybe it´s possible to check what is under the black on an area of the body?
It starts... when it begins.
