Hey zhivago, that sunburst 70s black guard/blocks & binding Jag was once mine! :) My old 1975 Jag had some small holes drilled in the wood between the bridge and tremolo near the mute like this one, you can see it when you look close... It was on ebay.com a year after I sold it, the image is from that auction.

1991 CIJ  Jag '62 Ri w/Pearl Pickguard (Fender's site dates it to 90/91 but Rick at Jag-stang.com figures its later than that.)

I remember back in 1999, I was in Sweden for a week and discovered that store in Stockholm - they had a beautiful 1966 olympic white dots/binding Jaguar hanging on the wall...  :-* :-* :-*  ...around that time I decided to become an offsetter!  :D

yeah that store has given tons of GAS over the years. too bad they don´t have the store anymore. these days you have to make an appointment to look at their guitars.

Is that from an old fender catalog? kindof weird that it has a non-matching headstock. ???
