Re: Arlington?
Great pics, lots of offsets. Someof the prices were not bad either!
That blows away the one pitiful show that comes to Orlando once a year...

Re: Arlington?
Man, the last guitar show I went to in LA featured a whopping 3 jazzmasters. That one had tons! I hope I can get to one with that kinda offset presence one of these days.

Re: Arlington?
I've never been to the Arlington one, but its supposed to be the biggest and the best. Looks like all the usual suspects were there - including the Sherwood 59 for 29.5k. The guy with all the Jags (including coral pink) is Patrick from VT - he's slowly liquidating what has to be the most impressive Fender collection since Chinery, but not going cheap. I love that Shoreline 66, but its gotta be a refin. I also love that CAR VI - wonder what they were asking for that one.

Re: Arlington?
Apparently these bad boys were going to be there as well:

Sounds like a really interesting show to get to.
The couple I bought my 66 JM off recently were there selling gear. When they get back, hopefully my JM will ship!

Re: Arlington?
Wow, there are some amazing condition burst circa 65 JMs and Jags there! Plus that row of Jags (pink, Fiesta, etc.) is amazing!

Re: Arlington?
I sold one that looked exactly like that less than a year ago.
It was a '63 and was an older refin with some (real) wear. I gave the guy a great price on it. John (zhivago) hooked me up with the buyer.

Hey, thats cool man! You found a picture of my new JM!
I didn't buy it at the show, but it was there. I snagged it monday after it came home.

That SG is very nice as well, and I dont know why it hasnt sold yet. its got a headstock repair, but what gibson doesnt?
The rear-facing telecaster was also wicked cool, and I think it got purchased at the show.
There wa a seriously beat LPB competition mustang bass in the picture list there as well that I think was from my local shop, and looks to have sold there as well. that was a GREAT bass, priced at 650 I think, and had spent its entire life in the local prison. I should've bought that before the guitar show!!
