Yes it's completely fine, it's obviously been done by a real craftsman.
I particularly like the care and attention he's put in to making sure even though the neck is narrower than when it started, the inlays are still in the centre of the neck.

My personal aversion to Gibson guitars just makes me shrug my shoulders. Tenor guitars, on the other hand, are almost always my "thing". But this handicraft disaster is certainly not playing well... and that is a crime!

I love it ! frets can be restored pretty easily, right? if there isn't too much damage to the fretboard (excessive planning for example)
