What kind of tremelo arm for a 1961 Jazzmaster?

Post by Jazzyboi » Mon Apr 22, 2019 8:21 am

I recently scored a 1961 JM. I wasn’t expecting to get one but it was seriously underpriced at this little shop I wandered into. It’s lacking a tremelo arm though and I don’t want to buy one online and have it not fit. It has the original bridge with the patent pending mark on it. Does anyone have a link or an idea of which would fit? Thanks!

Any USA-spec Jaguar/Jazzmaster/BassVI trem arm should fit - the MIJ (metric) ones might be a bit off.

Actually, I'm not sure if the MIJ/Squier ones are Metric.
