Alright! 2 coats with clear lacquer is applied. maybe i will start to sand it down tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, depends how dry the lacquer is. How many coats with clear do you recommend?

Is this nitrocellulose? Sorry I couldn't remember
I seem to remember doing two or three cans of clear when I have done em before, and if it's nitro you wsnt to leave it for a month!
This is looking amazing by the way, probably my favourite restoration on here

Hello!
not very much left to do with this guitar, ordered a string tensioner today, ordered pots aswell, gonna make a replica on the kings neck tross rod.
If someone can help me with pickups i would be grateful! dimensions of the pickup holes are 7,4 cm and 4,2 cm.
Please help with pickups, i want something similar to the bi sonic pickups=)

Just came across this thread. Am mightily impressed with the OP's skill and the quality of the restoration. Kudos, sir!
I must admit, my heart went pitter-pat when I saw that neck break – what a great save. And the color is lovely. I hope you find the pickups you need or are able to make them yourself.
I will surely be following along to see the end of the restoration.
