I see rosewood and maple fretboards on the specs, will we have the choice? Olive Jaguar with rosewood fretboard = :?

I'd be very curious to see these compared directly to the 60s Lacquer JM and Jag.

I can't wait to see the Jag in olive. The Jazzmaster doesn't do much for me but I love the Jag!!

Might have to sell my Johnny Marr Jaguar and pick up one of these Jags in that grey, or olive.

You know what, I think Fender have actually nailed it here. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love vintage spec offsets, but these seem to be really well thought out. Its the first Fender I've been excited about in a long time. It would have been really easy for them to have slapped a tunomatic bridge and non vintage bridge to trem spacing on there but it sounds like they're finally listening to what offset players want.

It's not gonna tempt me away from the American Vintage line but I'm looking forward to trying one. I wonder what that one slider switch does on the jag's upper control plate?

Fatter necks and 6105s. Custom Shop specs for everyone. I could get into this.

Bummed that the Jag doesn't come in "mystic seafoam," but I could live with "sonic gray"/maple pretty easily.

I'm going to get sick of that "antique olive" pretty quickly, though.

Thank You, B.
Very encouraging that it seems like they have incorporated some of the mods/feedback from the interwebz.
I hope to get the chance to checkout those Vmod pickups this NAMM, but there might be too many people to do so.

+1 to the antique olive Jag, I think it's gonna look beautiful in poly..
