I wasn't a fan of TOMs on offsets until I had a Japanese purple sparkle J Mascis. They look bad on there, but man are they great for lead work in comparison to the original bridge. You can be very aggressive with no worries.
The radius mismatch is also barely noticeable if you have jumbo frets.

I would agree here I like the flatter radius for lead stuff feels great!

Fender Custom Shop should be this guy's employer. Ethics says he should apply. Too good.
In all honesty I think you are right and its not hyperbole, If he had the same parts and tools as Fender custom shop these would be custom shop guitars.
