Back in May I started a thread asking which Jazzmaster is the one for me and in July I got a Wildwood Thin Skin AV65 in Aztec Gold.



At first I fought with how bright it is, then I put flatwounds on it and it has become my most played guitar. In fact, I liked the neck on it so much, that my Gretsch G6128T-57 VS became unplayable. Which led me to a local trades for....



A 2018 Bilt Zaftig, Bocote neck, Rosewood Indian fretboard, Redwood caps, Roasted Alder core, Nitro lacquer finish, Silver Hand Missing Link + in the neck, and Fralin Big Single in the bridge.

My stratocaster and R9 are collecting dust these days.

Nice guitars. I'm with you on the flatwounds, changed the game on my Jaguar. Went from one trick pony to my most versatile guitar with a string change.
