The Mike Kerr signature is the first Fender branded short scale Jaguar Bass. The others have all been 34”. Squier has done a couple of 30” and 32” Jaguars, but full scale is not uncommon.

Here are my newest offsets, all purchased in 2022 or 2023.
What’s the story with those basses? They look awesome. I’m not normally one for showy things but they are calling for me.
They’re Mark Hoppus signature Jaguars. He’s been ordering them from Fender and selling them on his online store.

That's really weird, surely he's breaking some sort of reseller rules with that?

Also is it just me or do the body shapes look a bit ''off'' on his online store pictures?

I don’t think so. I think these are most technically a FSR type instrument. He determined the specs, placed the order with Fender, then handles sales and distribution through the website. I’m not sure that that would violate any reseller rules.

I've packed away everything but the essentials. The backup Tele is just going to live in its case between gigs.

I can do almost everything I want and need with just these....

This site has the weirdest way of posting pics.
Talk about doing things the hard way.
Is it just me being new or are they mad?
