Ok, so it's an actual MIJ one. Recently Fender Japan shifted back to MIJ rather than CIJ. I know this because the brand new Jaguar which I bought in September is a Made in Japan Fender.
The serial numbers for Japanese Fenders on the internet are very confusing. So you can never really be sure. I looked up the serial on this B&B Jaguar and it states that the "Q" series would have been made between 2002 and 2004.
At the end of the day, the only way you can find out when your guitar was actually made is by looking somewhere on/in the guitar for a stamped date (sometimes under the pickguard) or by asking the first person who bought it.
