Signed. I'm beyond down for a Squier Electric XII. I don't even care if it has the traditional bridge or the Alternate Reality one. So long as it has decent XII-style pickups and is a good platform for whatever mods one might want to do, and is as solid a guitar as we've come to expect Squiers to be, I'm there.

First "we" need to show we're serious by spelling "Squier" correctly.

But no, I'm not paying anywhere near $799 for one. Nope. Not gonna happen.

And secondly as an owner of 3 Squier basses, 11 Squier guitars and one Squier Bass VI, we need a Starcaster Bass even more than we need a XII.

what I'm trying to say is... I respectfully disagree.

I had a ‘66 Elctric XII that was hands down the best playing electric 12 string ever. Wide comfortable neck, perfect nut spacing. If it sounded like a Rickenbacker, no one would have played anything else.

I really don't mind the XII to be honest, the tele esquires are beyond lazy though.

We'll have the husk to mod it to taste. Fuck yeah.
