I saw an AmPro 9.5" Jazzmaster bridge advertised on Reverb for $80. It looks like the StayTrem.
Has anyone used this new bridge as a replacement for their 9.5" fretboard radius Jazzmasters or Jaguars?
Is AmPro Jazzmaster Bridge comparable to the 9.5" StayTrem?

The AmPro bridge is very similar but has the 55mm spacing for the strings, while the Staytrem has the correct 52mm spacing.

That's the 7709942000 bridge ...

Riley quotes E-E string spacing as 2-1/16" (53.4mm) ... but unless it's got narrower recently, experience does suggest it's closer to 55-56mm. Staytrem at 52mm is more like what most people prefer. And the Staytrem has anti-sink bushings on the height post screws, and intonation screws that are offset to make adjustment easier.

But after Staytrem, that Am Pro bridge is the goto option for a Mustang-style bridge with 9.5 radius. Some people have found their strings fall off the edge of the Am Pro fretboard too easily with that string spacing but others find it OK. If you have the classic bridge you can set your strings to that E-E spacing and see if you can tolerate it.
