Jag screws on switch and control plates

Post by bbqbrisket » Tue Jul 22, 2014 5:37 am

On a Jag or Jazz, are there screws that mount to the upper control plate to the rollers?
If so, what size are they? I would assume they are different than the screws that mount the plate to the body as they would be wood screws.

thanks

Yes, there are roller/switch screws that screw into brackets beneath the plate. They are different from the plate-holding screws; as you said, the former are metal screws, the latter are wood screws.

The wood screws are 13 mm long overall, with OD of 3 mm. The metal screws are 6 mm long, 2 mm across the threads.
