Behlen.co.uk was my first guess but they don't have it and it looks like when their current stocks are gone they won't be importing any more Behlen products to the UK.
I checked at all the other UK places and nothing comes up.
DId he try spraying a little more clear on the area with blushing (on a dry, warm day with low humidity)? I did that once and it cleared up the problem.

Re: Blush remover in Eu or France
hey man ! Thanks for looking for a solution for me
Well, the weirdest thing is that some spots appeared and relatively late after spraying.
He sprayed a LPB. All good. Didi the clear. All good. Waited for 2 weeks. Went for sanding. All good.
Went onto compound & polish etc... All good. And like a week later, some silver areas appeared (2).
Now, a month and half later (2 month after spraying), 2 other spots appeared.
These spots look like if some paint got sprayed over with an airbrush. I am actually unsure it is blush.
I will recommend him to test with more clear on one area to see how it goes.
Could it be lacquer incompatibility ? I mean both clear and LPB come from Rothko so...

Sounds weird fabz!
I'm by no means a finishing expert, definitely an amateur. Haven't heard of blush occurring apart from when spraying lacquer... This is surely the devil's work??!

Had a look on the wek and looks like this
but more grey / metallic and I guess it is due to LPB being metallic
Can't explain why blushing appeared later.
I think some areas were not fully dry and when wet sanding it might have implied some humidity leakage
dunno...

Re: Blush remover in Eu or France
If it showed up that late in the game it might not be blushing. It might be an issue with the finish lifting or not adhering properly. That usually comes from some kind of contamination or oil on the surface before spraying. That type of lifting can also happen if wood dries out too much and shrinks away from the finish. You see that more on acoustics where the inside is not sealed so they can really dry out.
From the pic you posted of the natural finish (if that's the actual guitar) and it is all scratched up, the body could have soaked up some water, swelled, then shrank back, lifting the finish in the process.
