That makes allot of sense and, yes, I am keen to a brighter sound.

It took me a while but I found some push/push pots in both linear and audio tapers in 500k. I'm not finding much of anything in 1meg in a push/push except https://guitarelectronics.com/bourns-1m ... ll-switch/ this guy, which is only available in audio taper (and it's a push/pull, which I guess I can deal with). Might you know where I can find what I'm looking for?
