I’m all about a cool looking relic but I’m always put off when there’s a huge amount of forearm wear or like, all around the body’s outline like that. I see it a lot on guitars and always wish they had a little less of it, or at least maybe it were spread around a bit more. I understand the forearm is a natural spot for lots on wear due to how much friction and sweat and overall contact it gets, it always just seems overdone to me.
This was completely unsolicited and that body is still awesome and gonna be a great guitar, so I’m sorry! Just a common observation I have wrt relic stuff.

I think this is a very cool guitar. It has that 'don't worry about this one' look. There's a lot to be said for that. The Bigsby clone balances it out. That's what all Telemasters need. Speaking of which, how do those work? I've been almost ready to front the modest purchase price for one to find out. Nice.

The bigsby clone works well enough but I had to toss the original spring for a Reverend soft touch spring. It's not as heavy as a real bigsby but works well enough for me. I thought about replacing the arm for a chet style arm but I'm on the fence.

Thanks. I was wondering about that. My Bigsby returns to tune fine but for the price, if these do that, I might give one a try.

I never did take a decent picture of the thing once I finished my portion. A guy a know offered to buy it off me and I had [still have] too many guitars. I don't know what happened, but the next time I saw it, two neck screws were inexplicably missing. As well, the matching rear headstock face was mostly ripped off - really bummed me out to see it so abused.
Moses166 has since done beautiful things with it. Here it was before I let it go...

I'm debating on converting this guitar into a full scale jag. What would be the best way to go about it? If anyone has any ideas let me know.

It all depends on the result you'd like to achive and the type of modification you're willing to deal with.
Going full scale means that you'd have to:
1. move the entire bridge backwards,
2. re-route the bridge pickup slot accordingly,
3. eventually get a custom pickguard to hide the bridge pu current route.
4. re-drill the ferrules on the back of the body to match the 25.5" OR change the bridge to a top loader.
5. Of course, you need a long scale or a conversion neck if you want a guitar that fully intonates.
Option 2 - The easiest way:
Get a telemaster body blank and tranplant the parts you already have.

Love the clip! It's got an Isaac Hayes vibe. This Teleguar build just planted a seed inside me... who knows how it'll end.

I'm so sorry, my bad... I thought you were coming from a shortscale.
Anyway, luckily I have a Jaguar bridge pickup and a tele to help you out...:
It surely is too big to be covered by the bridge plate...

Seems like a lot of work for minimal impact on actual sound. If it were me I'd keep it as is

I guess it's probably be better to build a jaguar to compliment it
I guess a route , custom pickguard and a new bridge?
