Source for a nice Ash Tele Plus body

• hello,
  I have a stash of early tele plus parts and I want to find a source for a nice vintage 60s spec tele body that is routed for a tele plus with the dually red pickup and ring and the hard tail tele plus bridge. Does anyone know a source for a nice body with these routes?

Can anyone confirm the routes needed for a tele plus configuration with the blue and red dually lace sensors?

Is it a strat pickup route in the neck, a humbucker route in the bridge and a modern bridge?

Are there any builders who make vintage early 60s exact spec Tele bodies in alder or ash?
