I just worry that it'd be a little too Billy Corgan... :o

1 ply bakelite would look nice... Or even 1 ply white, but so hard to find blank.

Bakelite would be great!

Find me one that isn't butt ugly, dammit!

Also, I've been playing this guitar through a Holy Grail reverb pedal into a little Fender Rumble 25 bass amp at my cottage and man, it just sounds and plays so well!

I'm already considering another build!

I really like the clean look of this guitar. Just about any PG material would go with it, you'd just change the personality of it depending on what you chose. Nice, very nice!

As to another build, go for it.

Well folks, it's back to being a 1 pickup guitar. I wasn't digging the two-pickup configuration. I almost never used the bridge pickup, and when I did... It just wasn't hitting the spot, sonically for me. The neck pickup is just better for everything and I kind of like having no options for tonal change and having to do everything with my hands. It's strangely freeing and refreshing.

It's a wonderful guitar, in any case. :)
