They are not, and thank the good lord for that.

If mastery bridges are too expensive, consider that the RSD bridges are all handmade IIRC, so they'd be even more expensive.

I prefer the staytrem bridge to mastery, though both are fine bridges.

The stock AVRI bridge is the best, closely followed by the search function.

Sweet! Justice served.

I like OG and StayTrem bridges, myself.

I use Mustang ones with no problem and they aren't super expensive. :)

I’ve got a 1964 mustang bridge in my jazzmaster and the high E still jumps out of its groove if I’m not careful. It’s super disappointing, but I don’t want to change to the mastery because i dont handle the more narrow string spacing well. But they’re superb bridges, and I wish they were made in vintage string spacing... is the RSD vintage string spacing?

Stay Trem bridges have the narrow spacing and it's superb.

Hmmm I haven't had a string pop out of a Mustang bridge. I use 10's and 11's. Do you use smaller gauge or maybe you strum harder than me?

Not exactly sure on that, but the neck has two Stewmac shims of 0.5 degrees and 0.25 degrees in there, so the neck is tilted back 0.75 degrees. The guitar was also set up by Peter Skermetta, one of the best guitar techs in Texas. So I’m baffled because it’s an otherwise perfect guitar.
