Re: Anyone ever used Rothko tort?
I have, on an acoustic guitar. "It looks nice from afar, but it's far from nice". It's a printed motive on a transparant plastic, with a yellowish-white plastic backing layer. But it's printed on 2 sides of the transparant layer, so it has "some" depth to it, but it's not real tortloaf.

Used to be good proper celluloid tort, been a few years since I have ordered from them. I find it hard to accept that anyone would bother printing tort on celluloid, it defeats the purpose, gives you all the negatives while offering none of the benefits.
People do stupid things though.
Give them an email and see what they say, perhaps they can send a sample for cost of postage.

Logic gates based on billiard-ball computer designs have also been made to operate using live soldier crabs of the species Mictyris guinotae in place of the billiard balls.
