Need a bridge for my Jaguar project.
So I'm working on building a dual humbucker Jaguar. The body is coming pre sprayed from guitar mill cut with a universal route. For the bridge I want to go with a tune-o matic from my understanding I need the nashville style which im assuming is this one https://www.mojotone.com/guitar-parts/T ... unt-Chrome My question is since my body will have stock style mounting holes what goes into the larger holes with those thimbles are there studs that i need to buy along with the bridge?

That appears to be a Nashville-style TOM but with the smaller, ABR-1 style posts ... not the bigger Nashville style ones.
This one has the usual Nashville posts, wish supplied bushings ...
https://www.mojotone.com/guitar-parts/T ... unt-Chrome
Its bushings have an OD of 11.3mm as shown.
The non-standard ABR-1 type bushings (apparently unsupplied?) for the first Nashville bridge I believe are typically around 6.8mm OD eg ...

Other variants of both styles can have slightly different bushing ODs.
What size are the Guitar Mill post holes ?
The other issue is centre-to-centre spacing of the posts, which is usually around 74mm.

The only info on their web page is that its based off a 64 body.timtam wrote: ↑Tue Apr 09, 2019 11:19 pmThat appears to be a Nashville-style TOM but with the smaller, ABR-1 style posts ... not the bigger Nashville style ones.

Re: Need a bridge for my Jaguar project.
Fender vintage style thimbles (0054447049) have outside diameter 8.97 mm (and 8.3 mm inside) ...
https://reverb.com/au/item/2138526-005- ... es-inserts
So holes drilled for these standard jag thimbles will possibly be a little too large for ABR-1 stye bushings and a little too small for Nashville style bushings. So your best option may end up being drilling a little to enlarge for Nashville-style bushings. But I would wait to see exactly what size holes arrive from Guitar Mill. Depth may also be an issue.
BTW there is also Fender's version of the TOM, the 'Adjustomatic', eg as on the Classic Player and other jags ..
https://darrenriley.com/store/fender-cl ... 076230049/
As a Nashville style TOM bridge, they also appear to have the larger diameter bushings. But there is no particular reason for preferring a Fender TOM just because it's Fender. And Fender has produced a number of variations that are not always compatible (eg Mascis ,Cobain, CP).

This is what you're looking for. I do recall seeing them before and thinking "why on earth would anyone want to place a tuneomatic on an Offset with vintage style bridge these days?" but here we are.

Yep, they're a nice solution for mounting ABR-1 style TOMS (ie with M4 posts) into stock jag/JM bodies. With 9mm OD, should fit straight in. Even accommodates slight variation in centre-to-centre spacing. The particular Gotoh TOM linked to in the OP's post has those ABR-1 style M4 posts but the nicer, wider intonation range of a Nashville.

I went to pick these up but it looks like they're a wholesailer and not a direct dealer, arggg. I'm wondering if its easier to just go with a mustang bridge. I like the feel of a tune - o- matic more, plus id like the added sustain.

Excenter bushings can be ordered from Rockinger ...

Rockinger are part of the complicated history of Goeldo ...
https://www.goeldo.de/en/the-company
Or Goeldo have a pile of mostly-euro but also other international retailers (but it's probably the type of part they would have to order in, less likely to be in stock)

Thanks for the help guys, It's gonna cost 37 bucks to get them to the US, but I'm gonna bite the bullet and pick up the bushings. Might as well do this right.

Re: Need a bridge for my Jaguar project.
One issue that I ran into with the roller version of the tuneamatic, is the radius of the bridge saddles was too big. This meant the high and low E strings were further from the neck than the middles strings. I went with a Golden Age roller tune-a-matic, and that was designed to be 12" radius, much closer to the 9.5" radius of my neck and plays fine, but still I haven't found any that is spot-on.
