So I too have a triple HB split JM with JM bridge and vibrato painted to match the pickguard and pickup rings...I just didnt do the painting myself.

Thanks! I think it was a cool idea I hadn't ever tried. I have corroded those pieces before to make them rusty. Never thought to try painting them. It should be interesting when it is all done.

The tremolo came today. I scuffed up the top and edges and got to work.

The other parts will stay chrome to give it the two tone look the bridge has.

Now I guess it's time for the machine heads to follow the style, what about white bushings & buttons and keep the rest of the case chromed?

The white plate with chrome bits looks so perfect on this! And there shouldn't be any wear from trem use, same for the bridge (only a bit of scuffing under the saddles if you adjust the intonation).

It suits the guitar so perfectly. Wow.
