I am a sucker for Jag-Stangs. I kinda wanted to do a blue contoured one and this body popped up.... so here I go.. :D

Agree! Sonic Blue looks great on any guitar, but for some reason it just looks perfect on offsets. I still find the Jag-stang shape challenging though!

I drilled and mounted the bridge. Then I did shielding paint in the cavities. I also started working on the neck. It is an allparts one. I did the dye so far. :)

A bunch of parts came today. I got the pickups and switches mounted. I chopped the switches down ala Cobain with my dremel. You can still use the switches, but they don't stick out where your hand could hit them while playing.

The neck is all done other than nut and tuners. I decided to stain the fretboard with ebony stain since it was kinda light. Looks much better a bit darker.

That does look better. Which ebony stain did you use ?
