Kwyjibo, if you build one, start a thread on it. These are beautiful guitars. That would be a fun thread to follow.
Talk about the Fender Jazzmaster, Jaguar, and any other offset waist guitars with us!

Some serious checking starting to happen on the back - the finish there was thicker where I'd struggled with rattlecans to get it even. Still set-up perfectly after 4 years! And I was shocked at how good it sounds. I finished it the day I delivered it, so I never had time to really get to know it, which was a real shame. Those Jag P90s are perfect for it.
I haven't had chance for a like-for-like comparison, but the Jag P90s seem much fuller and stronger, though without sacrificing any clarity.surfin_bird wrote:How much difference is there between these p90's and the originals?
I have the sg2c that i posted earlier without pickups. I'm a bit in doubt if I should throw in a set of sg3c pickups from a trash sg3c or reuse the pickguard and throw in new pickups.
Btw, what are those knobs? They look good.

Completely agree- They've reissued the samurai headstock one but not this for whatever reasonnovamax wrote:If you build one, build ten more - I don't know why this great design hasn't been reissued. For a fair price, It I'd buy one...
Completely agree and of course I would (If I ever get around to it)Rgand wrote:Kwyjibo, if you build one, start a thread on it. These are beautiful guitars. That would be a fun thread to follow.
