i've tried all the usual parts suppliers, but can't find 'em anywhere.
can anybody point me in the right direction?
i have an old jazzmaster trem that has been... eeerrr... "modified" for lefty use (not by me) and i'm in the process of putting it back to righty. so i've replaced pretty much everything apart from the face plate with parts from a spare aftermarket trem which didn't have a trem lock, but i want to have the use of the trem lock and i just think it looks wrong without that button being there.
please help! they must be available somewhere! i mean GPR sell the face plate on it's own, so why not the trem lock?
where can i source a JM/Jag trem lock?

No - not me neither. I've seen the spring with the brass nut and screw, but not the locking "switch". I think the cheapest way is to by a "no-name" trem and use for spares and repairs, sorry (or bid on a NR Japanese trem on ebay and keep your fingers crossed).
Someone knows where I can find the nearest woodchipper to throw my pieces of junk into?

ah well... many thanks to the swedish contingent for the replies. i might put a little "wanted" thing in the relevant section, or as older brother says... keep an eye out on the bay for a ridiculously cheap japanese trem (therefore adding more to my bits box!)
