how about a thinline offset?

Post by rabidhamster » Sat Nov 04, 2006 11:31 pm

Im thinkin a JM thinline very similar to the tele thinlines, only instead of an f-hole, maybe a cats-eye shaped thing.  The more I'm thinking of it, the more Im thinking it'd just be a charvel surfcaster....so...uhm....anyone ever build a surfcaste?;)

You know, I had the same thought a while ago, and I guess this guy did too.

With a six-a-side headstock and JM pups it wouldn't look so much like a Surfcaster.

I like the idea but the f-hole placement is problematical.
