Re: Identify this Telecaster.
If it says Fender on the headstock, then it's a counterfeit. It's a chinese or maybe a Squier neck.

I can't tell without a clearer shot of the headstock.

Re: Identify this Telecaster.
i think it's a squire standard series . indonesian made.
mine is a '99 and has the same bridge and came in that colour (been a tad meddled with since it was new and not original neck)
edit: mine was also a white guard originally

Re: Identify this Telecaster.
MIJ Fender Tele Standard looked basically like that stock.
Saddles are spaced a little differently and the decal is slightly different, I guess, but it could just be a different year, or the difference between CIJ/MIJ or whatever.

I'm going to agree with furtherpale here. The instant I saw that guitar I thought "Indonesian Squier Standard Telecaster".furtherpale wrote:i think it's a squire standard series . indonesian made.

Why? Because I have one from '98. Can't get pictures up now but it's the exact same as the one in the OP.

Re: Identify this Telecaster.
i don't think it's a indonesian squier.
I think it's a older 90s Korean made squier. Pretty sure i can make out the tuners (which aren't good by the way). High chance the body is ply.
I was going to say that it's begging for a black pickguard

I have an MIM Tele with that bridge, but since I bought it used, I can't confirm or deny it's authenticity.

Correct, it is without a doubt a mid-to-late 90's Korean Squier.MKR wrote:i don't think it's a indonesian squier.
