looking for teisco syle knobs

hi all, i recently purchased a teisco kep-10 t and i'm bringing it back to life.
I'm having trouble finding aluminum teisco style knobs.
The radial knobs are the same one that are the spectrum V.
I've gotten close, but not a perfect match.
I wonder if anyone is still producing that selector knob.
Anyone have any ideas on this? Also I'm gonna try to find a repro pickguard.
