I saw this for cheap (Under $300) so I grabbed it. I have three other Agiles and I really enjoy them. This one is a 2500 model. The stock pickups were fine but I wanted to go for more of an Adam Jones setup. I have a Duncan Distortion for the bridge coming in. I took out the stock pickups and replaced one of the pots that was mismatched and sitting way too high making that knob stick out. The toggle on it was fine except someone had the wrong size switch tip on it so it wouldn't stay in the neck position right. It isn't a box type so I don't see a need to replace it. Pots are also full size and sounded fine so I don't see any reason to change those either. It has light scratches from use, but nothing major. Very pretty guitar. Should turn out nice.
When I got it in the mail.

The shitty wrong mini pot that was too tall....

With the pot replaced and the new neck pickup in. (It is from a Squier Affinity Jazzmaster. I like these neck pickups.)

Nice! You will be contractually obliged to play Tool riffs on it when you are done, though. There are worse fates.

Just need strings to get this together and the new strap locks.

Re: New Silverburst Day
All done! Straplocks and strings on. Pickups sound good. Middle position is out of phase, but I think I will leave it that way since the middle position on a lot of my humbucker guitars sound a lot like the neck pickup. I figure it gives me three very different sounds.
