I have no experience with those, but for $225, if it plays well (assuming those are your pics, and not from a site and you can't play it), seems like a nice deal.

Looks like the Japanese made Epiphones from the 70s
relaxing alternative to doing actual work ...

Nothing exceptional. That's probably an OK price. If you need a beater for some reason.

I think I'm seeing that the "s" denotes a solid top, with laminate back and sides.

I have an older Fender dreadnaught beater that's strangely not listed on the Fender serial # website, which seems to include pretty much every other year, model and country of manufacture. It's actually at an ex-girlfriend's atm, but I'll get it back.

They're good to have when you want to go somewhere and be able to play, but don't want to bring anything good that could get damaged.
