I saw this pop up on IG, and thought "If this doesn't make him come back on OSG then nothing will".
Welcome back, and what a find!

Geez that serial was removed with rage, huh?
Maybe it was Jimmy Page's? ::)
Hahaha. I highly doubt that, but the guy I bought it from played with the original (Irish) Skid Row and him, my drummers father Jody Pollard, and Phil Lynott grew up in the same area of Dublin and gigged extensively together in the 70s. He showed me pictures (always nice to see) because "you young c*nts never believe this sort of thing" 😂
Ever ask yourself why people do the things they do and come up with only one answer?

It's EVERY room Sean. Floor to ceiling. I need to go back with more money when I have some.

Welcome back dude!

Hell of a find! I'm not a Les Paul guy, or a righty even, but I would've bought that for $3K too, haha.

Welcome back, Johnny! And what a way to return! That’s astounding to say the least haha he’s not wrong, the Skid Row story does sound far fetched. But after this guitar, shoot!

Does this guy have any Fender stuff? Will be in London in April.

It's not that far fetched once you know the people. My drummers dad is one of the listed former members of Skid Row (Jody Pollard) and I have seen pictures of them all together. Pretty cool really

Ps: do i spot an HH tape echo in there?!
Yep, definitely for sale too. Want me to ask how much?
He had more HH stuff too
If only I hadn't just delved back into that pesky gear minimalism thread I'd be convinced I need one of those things.

Oh you’re back! Yey :-*

That guitar sure did feel interesting. Old finish, mahogany showing on the top. I’m glad I could be part of a ‘once in a lifetime’ kinda find, and it’s gone to a great home.
I have nothing to offer anybody, except my own confusion?
