Non-Fender headstocks that don't look goofy?

For guitars of the straight waisted variety (or reverse offset).

I don't like the epi headstock either, unless it's bound.  Then it looks kinda vintage and classy.  And, stereordinary, I like the "offset" 3+3!
And I think I want a Jet Lag now, too! ;D
One more guitar, then I'll practice!

As soon as I saw that you posted in this thread, I thought to myself "Here comes the the Bean"

Actually if you look at the exchange rates, it's the US Dollar that's looking more and more like Monopoly money!  ;)

Haha,so true!
I remember back when it was so expensive to go to the US and live but now if i did,I'm almost rich! well not really but i would be better of with my AU money and living in America than an American living in America.

Theres always exceptions and certainly this doesn't work out for everyone but in my situation this is how it plays.

I live in Oregon!!  It's beautiful, except it rains an awful lot in the Willamette Valley where I live... Still, not many other places I'd rather be!

yeah, don't be dissin' Oregon! i grew up in the Willamette Valley, and it's a fine area. and Portland is a model for urban planning and mass transit. i'd be glad to live down there again, it's got a good vibe.

I second the teisco stuff, PRS headstocks are great IMO, and I also really like the arrow headstocks on gibsons.  Someday I'll have a solid rosewood necked strat style guitar with an arrow headstock.

guilds have a pretty decent headstock usually.
