Thanks!

It's a pretty special guitar. I'm usually not a fan of figured wood or natural finishes for that matter, but for some reason I really love this one. I think it's because the grain is just so weird. Doesn't hurt that it sounds absolutely awesome too.

it has 9 strings ;)
How does this work out Re: the ferrules at the back? Do the strings share a tuner?

Otherwise, bloody cool - I might try this 8)
oh my, thats a right beast! yes, more pics please, how does that 9-string thing work!?
6 standard stings are at the ferrules at the back, and the other 3 are "toploaded" thru the bridge
Image
and this monstrosity is the headstock..it's kinda've a bitch to tune..but it's got no trem, so tuning up isn't so much of a problem
and I had no problem drilling the holes through the Fender logo as it's a Squier neck with a crappy Fender decal.. ;)

and yeah..that highest e seems like it's about to pop out, but it never has

ever though of stringing it up straight? soo you'd have the high E's and one of the B's on the logo side and the rest on the other side?

Good idea!

Here we see the great, late Godzilla playing what appears to be a Ri Thinline Tele just hours before his untimely death in the Tokyo harbor.
Presumably, the guitar is now owned by Steven Spielberg but no pictures exist to prove this.
